What locals say about KT3

  1. I love KT3 with all my heart because it is an interesting town in its own right, within walking distance of the beautiful green areas of Richmond Park and Wimbledon Common. The busier shopping centres of Wimbledon and Kingston are just three miles away in opposite directions, with the River Thames, in both Kingston and Richmond, close by. There is a train to Waterloo 5 times an hour too.

  2. I love New Malden because everything is so handy. I can jump off the train from central London and in less than a 5 minute walk, pick up dinner from a full size Waitrose, Lidl or the Co-op. And because there are lots of green spaces, I often manage to fit in a trip to the playground with the kids before it's time for them to go to bed.
