David and his team demonstrated a good knowledge of the local market which allowed them to provide a realistic but quite ambitious evaluation of the property. They were able to show the property to several clients within days of the instruction and we secured the asking price within a week. Furthermore, David gave us excellent advice about documents and processes that we needed to put in place that ensured the exchange and completion went ahead smoothly. Highly recommended.

With great patience and expertise he first showed me a number of pre-selected properties, all worth looking at. I packed the house by myself while looking after my baby as my partner was working. It was an incredibly stressful two weeks. Once I moved I unpacked alone and again was really feeling the pressure. Avi went out of her way to help me get the cleaning done and the inspection so that it was less effort for me. She’s also been really quick getting back to me and really nice to me on days that were tough. Also, there was a guy I kept meaning to thank, not sure if he’s still there but went down to the house in the pouring rain when I was pregnant and thought I left my hair straighteners on. Apparently they have all heard the story in the office so maybe someone will know who helped me. Thanks all for the help!
