Victoria was outstanding. I was in a whirlwind tour seeing 25 properties in a single day across 7 agents. The original property, that Victoria showed me didn’t quite fit, but she later came back to me with another solution, and managed to get me 2 viewings in same day. Offer was accepted straight away, we completed 8 weeks later. She supported me through out the entire closing process, even texting while she was on holiday! A pleasure to work with her!

The best part, however, was the negotiator, Kuba who was truly excellent, a really friendly person who was very helpful throughout and made sure that the entire process goes as efficiently as possible. The website also worked really well, and it is amazing how it took less than 3 days from the first viewing until moving in.
