Ever wondered if there is a 'local ladies choir near me or nearby'? Your friendly local Richmond choir is run by vocal coach Rebecca Rowe. We support a number of local good causes, raising money and awareness around and as a choir we also join up with other branches of Rock Choir to support national charities such as Sign2sing, British Airways Flying Start and the Edinburgh and London Moonwalk's with flash mobs, fundraising events and performances. Joining a choir can be a brave step to take for some and in light of this Rebecca tries to make it as easy as possible for you by giving the opportunity to have a FREE taster session and then to have a chat with her about singing. Rock Choir is the leading group in community singing. We launched our FREE choir taster sessions back in 2005 and have 19 years experience giving members of the public who are new to community choirs the chance to try joining a choir without the need to audition or read music. About North Sheen
North Sheen is an area of London, England in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. It forms part of the Richmond post town in the TW postcode area. Due to boundary and post code changes over many decades North Sheen is no longer a defined area. It has been divided by post code into Richmond and Kew. Locally the area alongside the River Thames is now known as Kew Riverside. It is served by North Sheen railway station to the south/southwest, Kew Gardens station (London) to the Northwest and a variety of London Bus routes.
