The Hyde Farm Estate is a residential area situated in Balham, a district of south London, in the United Kingdom. The Hyde Farm Estate was developed between 1896 and 1916 by Ernest Hayes-Dashwood. It is bounded to the south by Emmanuel Road, which in turn determines the northern boundary of Tooting Common. To the east, the boundary is formed by Radbourne Road, with Hydethorpe and Haverhill Roads to the north and west, respectively, completing the perimeter. On 13 February 1996 the London Borough of Lambeth designated a portion of the estate as a Conservation Area under the Civic Amenities Act 1967.
