'Sisters Of The South' centres on the lives of several strong-willed women and their families in a close-knit Southern town. The story follows Beth, Natalie, Emily and Martie as they navigate relationships, family bonds and the challenges of small-town life. At it's core, the musical explores themes of resilience, loyalty, love and the enduring bonds of sisterhood. Scenes unfold between the diner, family homes and the military camp, showcasing both the highs and the lows of their lives. The musical ultimately paints a warm picture of family, friendship and the strength found in Southern roots, underscored by iconic country music hits that resonate with the story's themes. The Orpington Rock Choir is led by local vocal tutor Michael Fricker. We have a great year lined up and we would like to invite you to join our choir and take part in the local Orpington and wider Kent county community. We are the Orpington rehearsal of the trailblazing Rock Choir. We often team up with the other local Kent choirs to perform live in larger groups. These inspirational moments are unique to the Rock Choir experience. It's unbelievable and you can still join the choir. There's no need to audition or read music, or even to perform if you're not ready, there's just a comfortable, friendly, family environment full of new friends to be made. This performance is for our MINI students who attend on Thursdays from 4:30-5:30 or Saturday mornings. Following the success of our fantastic 80's and Christmas events in 2024, it's time to toast to the Summer! Tickets are limited to 2 per child.

Tickets can be reserved online for £12 (plus ticket agent fee) until 7pm on the day of the show. Door price tickets are £15. PLEASE NOTE: We are an intimate boutique comedy theatre bar, so TICKET HOLDERS MUST ARRIVE BEFORE 7.45 in order to get your drinks and be seated for the smooth running of the show and everyone's enjoyment. Anyone arriving after 8pm will interrupt the show and may be turned away. SEATING IS FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVED, so early arrival is recommended. PARTIES OF 3 OR MORE are strongly advised to arrive at 7pm so that you may be seated together. Fresh hot popcorn, sweets and snacks are available at the bar. We do not accept cash at the bar or box office, CARD PAYMENTS ONLY. Line-ups are subject to change. We are a woman-owned, gay-friendly, trans-inclusive venue where everyone is welcome. Our comedians are carefully curated to reflect our inclusive principles, and we ask that guests respect the comedians by not interrupting the performances. Hecklers will be removed with no refunds offered. Filming during the show is not permitted. We have installed a new state-of-the-art ventilation system which delivers 500 litres of fresh air per second, making us one of the best ventilated small venues in the country. We do ask that if you are feeling unwell or test positive for Covid, please stay at home and we will be happy to reschedule your visit up to 3pm on the day of the show.
