Museum of Homelessness (MOH) will be opening its doors to the public on Thursday 17th April 2025, for our Open Season. This is a chance to hear untold stories from the national collection for homelessness and support our life-changing community work. Our museum has been created from scratch by people with experience of homelessness. Visit us during the open Spring Summer season to learn about the reality of what is happening in housing and homelessness and gain a glimpse into our world. Our site includes not only the national collection for homelessness, but also a community garden, merch, art and refreshments with every booking. We are a living and evolving site, so come and experience a museum like no other. We share our collection and museum through an intimate tour of up to 20 people and our previous work has won many awards including Temporary Exhibition of the Year (2022, Museum and Heritage Awards). It’s no wonder people are calling it “the best museum experience in years!” Visits are free, but we welcome your donations to support our community work. Booking is essential to guarantee admittance. For the safety of our visitors, the areas beyond Queens Mead (our main visitor area) are only accessible on the Tractor Tour or the Gunpowder Railway. Opening times: 11 am to 4 pm. Rollernation's Friday night skate with the soundtrack of nu-disco starting the evening and later on Afrobeats, RnB and hip hop taking us into Saturday. Don't forget if you are bringing your own skates make sure that either jam plugs or stoppers are fitted. It is a requirement!

Join us for night celebrating Blue Note Records with QCBA, the explosive jazz group led by trumpeter Quentin Collins and saxophonist Brandon Allen. QCBA have been wowing audiences globally for over 20 years, performing at prestigious venues including Ronnie Scott’s, Duc des Lombards, Maissons Laffitte Festival (France) and the Detroit & Monterey Jazz Festivals (USA). Quentin and Brandon have been the frontline of the Kyle Eastwood Band for over 10 years, touring globally. This new project promises to deliver a high energy homage to some of the best known artists from the legendary record label’s golden period of the 1960’s. Expect to hear classic tunes by Art Blakey, Jimmy Smith, Horace Silver, Hank Mobley, Joe Henderson, Donald Byrd, Herbie Hancock and more! Backed by the powerhouse rhythm team of hammond organist Ross Stanley & drummer Joel Barford, audiences can expect an evening that will exhilarate and enthral in equal measure.
