Known for their innovative soundscapes and deeply emotive performances, the group features some of the UK's brightest young improvisors, including Rebecka Edlund (vocals), Cameron Scott (euphonium), Dom Howard (guitar), and Sam Nicholls (drums). Rebecka curates The Downstairs Living Room at Vortex Jazz Club and collaborates with artists such as Laura Jurd and Huw Warren. Cameron Scott (Euphonium) Cameron Scott is a jazz trombonist and euphoniumist with a flair for composition and orchestration. Winner of the Trinity Laban Gold Medal showcase in 2024, Cameron has performed with notable ensembles like Laura Jurd's Stepping Back, Jumping In and Tom Challenger's Brass Mask. His projects, including tributes to Bheki Mseleku, highlight his innovative leadership in the jazz community. Dom Howard (Guitar) Dom Howard's guitar work merges jazz, post-rock, prog metal, and classical influences, creating textured soundscapes that elevate melodies. A student at the Royal Academy of Music, Dom has performed across the UK, and his recent single, Tidal Dance, showcases his ability to craft intricate sonic worlds. Sam Nicholls (Drums) Sam Nicholls is an imaginative and versatile drummer whose artistry speaks through his instrument.
