This interactive walking tour takes you through the streets of Westminster, immersing you in its rich history and uncovering overlooked. The Tour Experience As we make our way through Westminster, guide will share fascinating insights into the lives of black Tudors. Along the way, we will stop at famous landmarks such as Westminster Abbey, The remains of the Palace of Whitehall, Horse Guards Parade and St James Palace. Get a unique perspective on these historic sites as we delve into the stories of black Tudor presence. What to Expect The tour will involve a fair amount of walking, but we do take breaks outside buildings and in St James Park. Please wear comfortable shoes and suitable clothing to fully enjoy the experience. We also encourage you to bring snacks and drinks for your comfort. Children will be provided with activity packs, including pens or pencils, so that they can participate in solving the Black Tudor mystery. There will even be prizes for those who successfully complete the challenge! Event Details This is an outdoor event, so please dress accordingly. We will meet at the Westminster Abbey Shop before beginning our tour. The event does not include admission to the buildings we visit. All ages are welcome, and children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult.Read more
