As One in the Park 2025 After last year's MASSIVE success, As One in the Park is BACK! London's LGBTQ+ Festival! For one day only this Summer, we will be celebrating all things LGBTQ+ with 5 Stages of Music covering every genre under the Sun! With some of the HOTTEST DJs and performers around, we CAN'T WAIT to share with you the amazing line up we have joining us! Taking over Ealing's beautiful Walpole Park, surrounded by ancient woodland and picturesque ponds,12 minutes from Central London, we couldn't be happier to be back in 2025. As One has Something for Everyone! From Drag Shows to DJs, Dance Troupes to Live Acts, Cabaret, Street Food, Cocktail Bars, Comedy, Circus acts, and the list goes on! In response to the AMAZING feedback, we had from last year's event we have decided to move As One to a Saturday for our 2025 edition! So, no need to book Monday off this time. If you have always wanted to join a choir locally, you can! Your friendly local Ealing choir is run by vocal teacher Nicola Cain. A local community choir first and foremost, we are also part of the national Rock Choir network, which has provided some exceptional performance opportunities. Members of Rock Choir have had the chance to meet and sing in front of many celebrities and public figures, including Will Smith, Sir Trevor McDonald and onscreen couple Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes from ITV1's This Morning at the UK's top venues including Wembley Stadium! You've probably heard us singing in and around London, or seen one of our many TV appearances, and never thought you'd have to courage to get up on stage and sing! But the unique teaching methods at the Ealing Rock Choir, along with no need to audition or read music, mean that we are accessible to all. Come along and try us out for FREE at a taster session, and experience singing with your local 'exceptional' Rock Choir for yourself. Join us for a nine-day festival of colour and music - the Colourscape Music Festival. Immerse yourself in a unique and mesmerizing experience that blends light, music, and architecture into an immersive art installation. Explore a dazzling labyrinth of colour and space, accompanied by live music and performances. Prepare to be transported to a world of wonder and imagination through this innovative and sensory experience. Boston Manor House is a Jacobean Manor House in Brentford, West London, built for Lady Mary Reade in 1623 and later owned by the Clitherow family from the 1670s until the 1920s. The House is now open to the public with free entry six days a week. Its beautifully restored historic interiors, including breath-taking original ornate plasterwork, are joined by two community exhibition galleries, meeting rooms and an attractive modern caf. Inside Boston Manor House there will be free colour themed tours and trails, as well as family craft activities and mindful colour focused drawing activities from 24th May - 1st June. We are open every Tuesday straight after school with an official start from 4pm to 5pm during term time. Just book in! Open for primary school children. We offer games, craft, LEGO, Nintendo Switch, and even vouchers for half-price toasties! Theres also a space for children to do homework or reading. Parents can stay for a quiet coffee or return for pick-up at 5pm. Bookings close midday every Tuesday.
