I love the light and warmth of the place and the living areas are large enough to very comfortable without being too much to manage. The balcony is a pure joy in the summer and holds the sun for most of day and into the early evening. It's great to relax on and watch the world go by. Perfect for all the amenities that Kingston offers, I rarely moved my car unless travelling out of the London area and the presence of the local restaurants never imposed on my quality of life or enjoyment of the property.
