As commuters, we benefited from off road parking, outside secure bike storage, frequent & varied public transport connections (rail, tube, bus) to central London & Wimbledon, whilst avoiding the increased property prices in the heart of Raynes Park & Wimbledon. Amazing transport options that you simply can't get any further out. Then, once we moved in, we noticed how private it is on the top floor not being overlooked by any other property. We loved the brightness & seeing lots of sky & beautiful sunsets from the east / west facing windows. It's a lovely home.
