The garden is a gem, we had a lot of fun, barbecuing, hanging out, hosting friends (and playing darts!). And the location is great, especially for cyclists - we commuted on our bikes to Victoria and the City with regular jaunts to the South Bank, with the buses and tubes if you need them. The local area is great too, both for practicalities (Tesco and Blissetts) and fun, whether catching a band in Brixton, a curry in Kennington, or a nice croissant from the Saturday farmers market.
