I wanted to let you know how great Danielle has been. I have reached out to several firms and have come in contact with one other "broker" at Foxtons. Danielle puts them all to shame. She has been super helpful, super friendly, and super proactive in handling all of my requests and questions. I would have driven most people crazy with all of my queries. She reaches out to me directly and keeps me informed on a near real time basis as to the status. Given the time zone differences, it has been very helpful to have such a pro-active person helping me and my family find a residence for the summer. I just wanted you to know that you have a great employee on your hands.
I have used the services of Foxtons over the last couple of months in relation to corporate lets and have found their service to be excellent. They acted upon my request immediately and supplied me with details of properties that fell exactly within my brief, they stayed in contact with me and kept me informed right from the initial contact through to our employees moving in. The service was excellent and on the occasion when there was a problem it was dealt with promptly and the matter was rectified to our satisfaction. You keep in regular contact and deal with any request from us immediately, with politeness and good nature. I am very impressed with the team as a whole and they certainly have made my job much easier as a result of their efficiency.
I wanted to thank you so much for all your help and guidance with this search. As you know neither of us had done this before, so your patience with all our questions helped us make the right decision, and I feel sure that we will be very happy there! If there is ever a case where I need to do this kind of thing again, I will certainly recommend Foxtons, with a hot-line directly to you!
There is no way to satisfy all parties in the first phase as there is no perfect people or organization that's why companies need such qualified and skilled person like yours:
Ability to actively manage the interface between our staff (tenant) and Chiswick Foxtons office.
Expedite issues very quickly asked from our side and respond us by e-mail or telecom.
Having solid people skills with ability to create solutions where we have problems such as missing items in flat, flat viewing period, deposits etc. I can say she is definitely a solution provider.
Honest and positive at all times although there are some critics from our side about the short letting process especially during flat viewing period and missing items.
Smart and good-looking, smiles every time.
I believe she has also very good interface within Foxtons such as agencies and other head office departments (accounting etc) as her response time is very short in general.

I wasn't sure if Foxtons do a work recognition award for employees who go the extra mile in securing a tenancy, but I would like to say how brilliant Louise was yesterday. I was very impressed by the way she went out of her way to find a property for my clients and their disabled mother, in very difficult circumstances. She worked really hard to make the process as smooth and as quick as possible for them. I know that really appreciated her help. We certainly did.

Georgina (from Foxtons in Angel), was very kind and professional in helping me to find a property. I could feel that the market is very "warmed", and is not easy to find a "perfect" flat to live. The first step, with the first conversation with the customer is the main step to make customer's satisfaction. I saw a lot of good agents, but she has a particular way to understand and being kind and she was always available to speak with me, in any time, including evening and weekends.

I have been in touch with and interacted with Bradley at the Foxtons New Malden branch at the start of the search. It has been an excellent experience with Bradley, who has been a complete professional and very customer-focused, taking in my requirements and judging what I would need by taking in my feedback. The effort has been genuine and made me feel comfortable about working with him and Foxton in general. From the moment we met Liz ten years ago we knew she was on our side - professional, informed and clever, she has never let us down. She found us 3 tenants for our property, all excellent and one stayed for 6 years! Having the helpful assistance of Uche on our search for a property has been a blessing. We have been searching for properties that meet our criteria (pet friendly and suitable for a growing family) in a broad area of search and while being abroad waiting for our date of relocation, and she has done everything possible to keep us informed about new properties on the market, sending us videos of the properties in stock, arranging video calls to show us properties, and phone calls to know how we're feeling about our search. If there is someone we could rely on it is Uche and we thank her for all the work she did during our search.

As a landlord, I have received very professional service from Foxtons at Temple Fortune. The team were very active in bringing prospective tenants for viewing. They found me a professional tenant in a very short time, and before the current tenancy ended. Dean Lane the letting manager was very approachable and helpful in providing advice when needed.
