This is a type of penthouse apartment having the entire floor to yourself, the property benefits from well sound proofed walls between other floors/flats. There is no noise internally. The bedrooms are excellent sizes, the 2nd room fitted 3 single childrens beds easily, plus ample storage. The main bedroom had ample room for a desk, dressing table, extra storage, and a superking bed. The carpeting was newly installed a couple of years ago, at a significant cost, opting for a quality pile. The property initially came with wooden flooring of which some remains. A huge bonus of the apartment was the balcony from which we had the best view of the New Years Eve firework display at Waterloo, the air displays the Palace put on during the summers are clearly visible as they fly over central London. The proximity to all major landmarks is a great plus of this apartment as you can walk to everything and buses are available through the night right outside the block.
