Foxtons was crowned winner of Best Property Management at the first ever Lettings Agency of the Year Awards in association with The Sunday Times and The Times.
The awards, announced on Tuesday 15th June at Lettings LIVE 10, were the first awards dedicated to the Lettings industry and were hosted by Ruby Wax.
Foxtons, the Gold winners of the Best Property Management, were delighted to receive the award. The judging process, overseen by The Property Ombudsman, Christopher Hamer, was based on a written submission, followed by a telephone interview and the judges consisted of highly experienced industry professionals.
For the past six years, Lettings have been incorporated within the Estate Agency of the Year Awards in association with The Sunday Times and The Times, the most prestigious and sought-after awards in the industry calendar. This year it was felt that Lettings deserved its own event and the decision was clearly supported by entrants representing over 1,500 UK offices in 12 categories.
The judge's report highlighted our business growth, stringent training programme and focus on customer needs.
