We believe in building meaningful local connections through our partnership with Single Homeless Project, creating LGBTQ+ safe spaces, supporting charities like Belu by stocking its water in our offices, and welcoming talented local people into our teams.
Foxtons offices are LGBTQ+ safe spaces
Our 50+ offices across London are proud to offer safe spaces for anyone in the community seeking shelter from intimidation or abuse. By opening our high street offices in this way, we hope to provide an accessible alternative to existing safe spaces, which are often venues that open later and serve alcohol.

Our EV100 commitment
As part of the global EV100 initiative to make electric vehicles the new normal by 2030, more of the Foxtons fleet is becoming electric, from our branded MINIs to the performance cars earned by our top performers.
Belu water
Step inside a Foxtons office and you might notice something small, but meaningful. The only bottled water we stock is Belu.
Their recycled and recyclable glass bottles do more than keep people refreshed. Belu gives 100% of its net profits to WaterAid, helping bring clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene to communities around the world. So far, that support has reached hundreds of thousands of people across 22 countries.
