Following their acclaimed production of 'Sister Act' last year, ELODS is proud to present this foot tapping, musical classic! When the SS American heads out to sea, etiquette and convention head out of the portholes as two unlikely pairs set off on the course to true love - proving that sometimes destiny needs a little help from a crew of singing sailors, a comical disguise and some good old-fashioned blackmail. This hilarious musical romp across the Atlantic features Cole Porter’s joyful score, including I Get a Kick Out of You, You’re the Top and the show-stopping Anything Goes.

This performance brings in a third space where Indian and Western classical influences intertwine, not just in sound but through movement and art. Showcasing newly commissioned solo piano works by Indian composers, this concert highlights a rarely explored facet of contemporary Indian music: the fusion of Indian classical ragas with the bold harmonic language and abstract forms of 20th-century Western modernism. Each piece reflects a unique dialogue between these worlds, embracing both structure and spontaneity. Rather than blending styles into a single uniform sound, the music preserves the distinct qualities of each influence, allowing them to interact in unexpected ways. With dance and visual art bringing these narratives to life, the performance creates a vibrant, immersive exchange of sound and movementone that transcends borders and redefines artistic identity and transformation. Smoke effects, strobe and flashing lights/projected images may be used. This is an In Person live performance taking place on the Middlesex University Hendon campus. Filming, photography, and audio recording during this event is not permitted. Parking is not available on site for this event! Seating is unallocated. The house will open shortly before the start of the show. There are no cloakroom facilities available. The main auditorium and stage are mechanically ventilated. Tickets are free. Booking is essential to guarantee availability. Latecomers may not be admitted.

Hadley Residents' Association is proud to present the Jazz On The Green 2025 open air concert with live music from various artists, still to be confirmed. Watch this space. Bring a picnic, listen to some fabulous music and enjoy an afternoon on Hadley Green with friends and family. Tea, coffee, light bites and ice cream available. The HRA are working closely with the Council and various specialists to prepare a Management Plan for the Green and especially all ponds to identify what flora and fauna and wildlife is present and what we can do to improve it in the long term.
