  1. Nunhead has a lovely village-y feel while still being really close to bustling Peckham and New Cross. We have our own great restaurants, bars and shops close to Nunhead Green. A few favourites: great craft beer micro pub: the Beer Shop, lovely French bistro: Babette; amazing sour dough pizzas: 400 Rabbits.

  2. Nunhead has got to be the best place to live if you want to be close to the city, close to lots of green spaces, and close to lovely pubs and shops. Nunhead has a real mix of people with newcomers keeping the area vibrant. Sunday lunch at the Ivy House Pub with a jazz big band is a must!

About Nunhead

Nunhead is an area in the London Borough of Southwark. It is an inner-city suburb located 4 miles (6.4 km) southeast of Charing Cross. It is the location of the 52 acres (0.21 km2) Nunhead Cemetery. Gibbon Road is the location of Nunhead Station. The station is located on the line from Blackfriars to Sevenoaks and Victoria to Dartford. Nunhead has some fine examples of late Victorian/early Edwardian properties that can be seen on both Carden Road and Tresco Road.
