“Manor Park has lots of passion and a peaceful family atmosphere.there are lots of pretty streets such as Albany road, Durham road it is a peaceful environment. Also it has good maintained transport links.”

“Largely undiscovered probably due to the fact it is surrounded by Wanstead Park and Wanstead Flats. The setting can easily fool you into thinking that you are far away from the metropolis however this is an illusion. It’s a very convenient location just a 10 minute drive from Stratford, and 30 minutes from Wanstead Station to Oxford Street soon to be made even quicker with the arrival of Cross Rail at Manor Park station. The housing stock is predominantly Edwardian and is a designated conservation area. It’s a fantastic place to live if you enjoy running or dog walking there is also real sense of community. Aldersbrook has a very middleclass bohemian feel about it which is distinctly more London that neighboring Wanstead. However of a weekend most Aldersbrook residents can be found enjoying the local eateries and independent shops of Wanstead High Street. ”

Lost Horizons Presents Seafoxes
Seafoxes is an alternative dream folk band based in Southeast London. They create atmospheric music characterised by reverbing guitars and delicate vocal harmonies. They began their musical journey by establishing themselves on the London music scene as a folk band. Since then, their sound has evolved to incorporate new electronic elements, while they address topics such as space and the dystopia of modern society in their lyrics. They are set to release a new EP later in 2025. Support comes from the South London based, Singer/Songwriter, Vincent Burke. Vincent has released 3 albums including the acclaimed A Conversation with Fate and 10 by 3, described as beating with eloquence and genius. Such beautifully original, stunning songs.
