Redbridge Cycling Centre offers one to one coaching for adults and children (we recommend 6 years and over) to learn to ride. In the last year the centre has hundreds of people how to ride and it is never too late to learn! Sessions can be booked according to your schedule and are £40 for 1 hour, which includes a bike, helmet and instruction. Learn To Ride 1 to 1 session £40.00. Learn To Ride session 2 participants £72.00 get a 10% discount if you bring a friend along. Most people pick up the basics of riding within the hour and do not require any further sessions, however the centre can also provide follow up sessions or refreshers if required. Please note these sessions are very popular and there may be waiting list in operation depending on demand.

Sing with Gabrieli Roar – A unique opportunity for Young Singers! Gabrieli Roar partners with schools, youth and community choirs across the country, inspiring young singers to perform alongside the world-class Gabrieli Consort & Players. We are thrilled to collaborate with Redbridge Music Service and invite you to a Gabrieli Roar workshop on 27th April, led by our Creative Director, Charles MacDougall. This exciting session will focus on unison and part-singing, helping students develop their vocal skills, explore a range of songs, and experience the joy of singing in a massed choir. Redbridge Youth Choir will be joining us this summer on our Gabrieli Roar residential course at Gresham’s School, culminating in a spectacular performance of Haydn’s The Seasons at Ely Cathedral, conducted by the internationally renowned Paul McCreesh.

Learn how to drive a powerboat safely. This two-day entry-level course provides the skills and background knowledge needed to drive a powerboat. The course covers launching and recovery, boat handling, securing to a buoy, anchoring, leaving and coming alongside, man overboard recovery, slow speed close-quarters maneuvering, an introduction to driving at planning speed and collision regulations. You are required to bring along a passport style photo, should you pass the syllabus. The start powerboating handbook is included in the course price as is the certificate however this is not guaranteed unless the course is successfully completed. Equipment hire is also included in the price. Duration: two-day course Time: 09:30 to 16:30 each day with a break for lunch. Pre-course requirements: No prior experience or knowledge is required. Minimum age of 16.

We would not want anyone to confuse Ali, Astro and Mickey’s band with the band that carried on using the name UB40 after 2008 made up of other founding members and new members they tried to replace us with in their attempt to trade off the reflected glory of the success of the original line-up. Ali Campbell, founding member of the original UB40, embarks on a UK tour.
