A message from the current owner

We lived in the flat for 7 years and loved the local area. Very handy with Tesco downstairs, and pubs and restaurants to choose from. Pedestrianised area is great for jogging, could even try wakeboarding in the dock or the man made beach in summer. Area is very safe and benefits from private security patrols from Excel Centre security team in their golf buggy. Great transport links to Central London from the Elizabeth line. Walkable to Canning Town which is now completely changed since its regeneration- it even has cocktail bars! Cable car to O2 is a great experience. Flat itself is very homely. Doesn't get cold in winter so you rarely need the heating. Neighbours are nice- no wild parties.
