A message from the current owner

I have never enjoyed living anywhere in London as much as this flat. In summer it is cool and calm and the garden when the apple tree is in fruit is a joy. The building is so tall, you literally cannot hear Kingsland road when chilling in the garden. The neighbours are all fantastic and it is a little oasis. In winter when the curtains are closed the fire is blazing it is a cosy little hideaway and was equally enjoyable place to exist. If it were not for a growing family and the need for more space I would not need to sell the flat. Whoever take on the place will find it a happy and vibrant place to live, as well as being a stones throw from so many great bars and restaurants. The sense of community on Kingsland road is unmatched in my 20 years of living in East london.
