For golfers, it's conveniently close to both Mitcham GC (25 min door to door) and Wimbledon Common (Bus 93 from South Wimbledon station). My favourite part of the flat is the garden, which is big enough to host barbecues during the summer. The shed is a great for general storage and I can easily fit my garden furniture and grill during winter. The flat is well insulated and I have not had any problems keeping energy bills down. In addition, it is much quieter than I thought it would be. I have lived in the flat since 2016 and have never had any issues with noise or disorder. The pub next door is remarkably good at keeping order and quiet after hours. Furthermore, neighbours are very friendly and there is an abbey road community to get involved in.
