“Apart from amazing personal memories, I think it's London's most charming and romantic place. Lovely restaurants, beautiful park, breathtaking mansions and top-class bars. By some country miles, London's best place.”
Alex
“Hampstead is chic but not too snobby. Close to a big park, has restaurants and shops - excellent schools.”

A charming village atmosphere, vast green spaces, and some of London’s finest schools are a few of the reasons for Hampstead’s popularity among the well-heeled. Part of the London Borough of Camden, Hampstead is 4 miles (6.4 km) northwest of Charing Cross. The area has good transport links, including Underground and Overground lines as well as buses, and it boasts an array of amenities. There’s no shortage of high street and independent shops and restaurants, pubs, theatres, cinemas, places of worship, museums, and more. The 800-acre Hampstead Heath undoubtedly is the jewel in the area’s crown.
