Ticketing We have reviewed our ticketing procedure here at NLCS and wanted to relay any new processes that may impact our guests and visitors to any major events held at the PAC. We want to ensure the experience of booking and attending any event at NLCS is efficient and user friendly and provides a good experience for all those planning and attending our events. All large capacity in-person events (within the PAC) will be ticketed using the event ticketing system Ticketsource. These events will have a seating plan and there will be no unallocated seats regardless of whether the event is free or paid for, with all attendees requested to organise a ticket to attend. By maintaining audience management, we can streamline the front of house experience and scan all tickets upon arrival which creates a door list and register of everyone on site at any given time. This is vital in upholding our Safeguarding Policy and Health & Safety Policy in the unlikely event of an emergency evacuation, where a register of names would be required. We can keep track of entry progress by scanning and validating ticket barcodes. It also allows us to monitor capacity and ensure safety on site during these events. Ticketsource will oversee the bookings and distribution of all event ticketing. Any booker who has acquired a ticket will receive an email confirming the event and providing a PDF document containing the tickets. We encourage all event attendees to download their tickets prior to arrival on site and save to their Apple Wallet or phone notes due to temperamental Wi-Fi coverage in and around the PAC. Tickets can also be printed. You will be asked to produce your tickets upon arrival to the event so we can scan the ticket barcodes at the box office. If you are unable to download your tickets, please ensure you have your booking reference number which can be manually logged into the system by a front of house staff member at the box office. Please check your tickets to make sure they are for the correct date and time, and that you have the correct number of tickets. If the date, time, or quantity are not what you were expecting, please contact the subject department as soon as possible quoting your booking reference number. We will also encourage any guest who no longer requires a ticket in the lead up to or on the event day itself, who is unable to attend, to email the events@nlcs.org.uk address, providing their name and quoting their ticket/ booking reference number so we can allocate any unwanted tickets on the night, should there be prior demand or a show is sold out. Join the H arrow Concert Band and our very special guests for our first concert of 2025. Celebrating a new musical season and (a little ahead of time) the 80th anniversary of VE Day. We'll be performing a wide variety of music to enlighten and uplift before taking you on a special second world war journey, to include a sing-a-long and a traditional military sunset finale. Please note there will be a retiring collection at the end of the performance.

Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, nephew of the legendary late Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, was mentored under him since birth and is now the King of Qawwali and Sufi music and the glorious voice behind hit songs such as Tere Mast Mast Do Nain, Sajda, Dil To Baccha Hai, and Teri Ore. Rahat Fateh Ali Khan was introduced to Bollywood in Mahesh Bhatt’s movie Paap and performed on stage for the first time in 1998 at a benefit concert in Los Angeles, and like they say, the rest is history. Rahat Fateh Ali Khan has now captured the hearts of millions worldwide and continues to mesmerise audiences with his melodious voice and Sufi music. He has had award-winning hits with films such as Dabaang, My name is Khan, Son of Sardar and many more. Rahat Fateh Ali Khan has been honoured with the Award for Best Music Talent in a Film at the 14th London Music Festival in 2012, the Award for Best Male Playback Singer at the 2011 Filmfare Awards and the Award for Best Singer Male at the Pakistan Media Awards in 2011.

Kate Rebecca Leach is an artist and illustrator based in Hertfordshire. Her original artwork and high quality Gicle prints feature creative watercolour techniques and embellished metallic details. Kate founded her business, Essoldo Design, in August 2020 and has sold pieces to over 30 countries across the globe and has successfully licensed her work in the UK, Europe and the USA. Her First book Creative Abstract Watercolour was published in Spring 2024. Why not join us for a workshop and create your own work of art for your home? Learn to create striking abstract shapes including Kates signatures stripes and pebbles, in a colour palette of your choice! In this workshop you'll learn how to use organic watercolour shapes to form decorative abstract designs. You'll learn various watercolour techniques and decorative ideas to help you create your very own, unique piece that combines watercolour, inks details, and accents of metallics. Youll use inspiration from the beautiful garden at Reveley Lodge and youll take inspiration from Kates portfolio of abstract designs and patterns. All materials will be provided but please feel free to bring your own favourite materials or brushes if you wish. This class is suitable for total beginners through to experienced artists. This workshop takes place in the Billiard room at Reveley Lodge, Heritage house. On the day please dress warmly if weather is cool and wear suitable flat shoes for the house and garden. Refreshments are available from the Garden Cafe, located in the Stables Art Gallery, open from 10.00 - 16.00. Workshop starts at 10.30, where there will be an introduction to watercolour florals and techniques. At 12.30 there will be a 30 minute break for refreshments available from the Garden Cafe and workshop will commence from 13.00 and end at 15.00. You will be able to take home your art work.You will be contacted 3 days before the course starts with final details. It is advisable to take out insurance via Ticket Source as cancellation and a full refund can only be obtained up to 2 weeks before the course starts. No parking on site but park either on Elstree Road, Caldecote Gardens or Clay Lane.
