Ever wondered if there is a 'local ladies choir near me or nearby'? The Teddington Rock Choir is led by local musician Rebecca Rowe. We have a great year lined up and we would like to invite you to join our choir and take part in the local Teddington and wider London county community. We are the Teddington rehearsal of the trailblazing Rock Choir. We often team up with the other local London choirs to sing in concert in groups of any size, 100, 500 and even and even 12,000 at the O2 arena in Summer 2013. These inspirational moments are unique to the Rock Choir experience. It's unbelievable and you can still join the choir. You've probably heard us singing in and around London, or seen one of our many TV appearances, and never thought you'd have to courage to get up on stage and sing! But the unique teaching methods at the Teddington Rock Choir, along with no need to audition or read music, mean that we are accessible to all. After 18 months of the world being a different place club tropicana returns to Imber Court for another fun packed nite of everything 80s. Your dj for the night is DJ del Harris. This long standing event has been at Imber Court for the last 8 years and has always been such a fun packed night where everyone makes the effort and dresses up in their 80s gear, always very well attended too. As the nite is always busy it's advisable to purchase your online tickets early for group bookings and discounts and to also reserve a free table you must book at least 10 tickets or more. New for 2025, the Hampton Court Palace Feel Good Festival is a celebration of joy! Bringing together the mind, body and soul for one stunning spring weekend within the gardens and grounds of one of the UK’s historic royal palaces. Through hands on workshops, guided practices, drop-in clinics and of course food, drink and shopping, visitors to the Feel Good Festival can ditch the dull and feel the best version of themselves. The Wellness Workshops programme is designed to encourage people of all levels to get involved in practices that focus on mindfulness, relaxation or fitness to hone their skill or find a new passion. There will be local experts in Yin Yoga, Pilates and Sound Bathing demonstrating their expertise through a series of workshops for visitors to join. The Joyfulness Talks Stage programme is hosted by Joyfulness Experts Donna Easton and Nick Ede, who share how to live a more joyful life, as well as bringing a wealth of experience and practices to share with our visitors. Their packed roster of talks includes chef Chris Baber discussing Good Mood Food and how to cook yourself happy, as well as how Dopamine Dressing can change your outlook and help with confidence one outfit at a time. The London House of Wellbeing (TLHOW) will also be hosting a mix of Wellness Workshops and Feel Good Talks at the event this spring, focussing on meditation, breathwork, journaling, nutritional talks and lots more. TLHOW will be bringing a Pop-Up Clinic too, giving visitors direct access to professional health screening tests. TLHOW will be on-hand through the event to offer visitors access to health experts and 1-2-1 menopause advice to help inform, guide and support. Take a moment for yourself after a busy day at the festival and join a Make & Create workshop and relax into a new hobby – make a jesmonite home accessory with Crafty Jezebels, delve into the benefits of Journaling with The London House of Wellbeing or learn how to Batik with Batiking. At the centre of the event will be the Artisan Market, hosting producers and independent makers of art, jewellery, housewares and food, each known for the various ways their products help people gain a boost of serotonin. Alongside this, will be a curated shopping hubs for well-known brands in the space of wellness and beauty, children's shopping, and active lifestyle. Beside the workshop, talks and artisan market there will be street food vendors offering a range of healthy and hearty dishes to enjoy, such as a Latin and Japanese fusion from Sugoi, sample traditional Uzbek cuisine at Sugoi or visit Beyroots for some Lebanese dishes. Good Food Festival 2025 will have a focus on making healthier choices, with No and Low alcohol options from our pop-up bars, as well juice bars and alternatives to support our wellness focus, alongside the usual alcoholic bar offering. There is plenty to keep the little ones entertained too, at the LEGO Creation Station, encouraging imagination and creativity sharing amongst family and friends. With themed zones, kids can build their own wonderful creation with help from LEGO sets.

BLACKBALLED Oldham based 3 Piece "Groove Rockers" Blackballed have taken the blues and made their own style. They play it like they mean it but a tongue is always planted firmly in their collective cheeks. Featuring former New Model Army guitarist Marshall Gill with powerhouse backline Tom Wibberly on bass and Alex Whitehead on drums their infectious riifs and grooves are not to be missed. https://blackballed.co.uk/ THE AUTUMN SAINTS Americana with a twist is where we find Oxford based four piece The Autumn Saints. The band's music has its roots planted firmly in the American South, with lead singer Britt Strickland bringing the soulful, weighty music history of his home state of North Carolina to the City of Dreaming Spires. https://www.theautumnsaints.com/ STEVIE JONES & THE WILDFIRES Stevie Jones and The Wildfires are a well-established Northamptonshire based independent 4 piece who deliver their own unique blend of modern alternative rock centred around powerful acoustic-based songwriting. Their 4th album 'Getting There' is out now. There's a raw alt-folk rock honesty (New Model Army, Levellers) but also a melodic Americana influence in the guitar-led songs (Ryan Adams, Tom Petty). And for those of us proggers, maybe even the slightest element of Porcupine Tree and Steven Wilson in some of the more progressive rock moments Spirit Of Progressive Rock https://steviejones.com/stevie-jones-and-the-wildfires FOXPALMER London based rock band, with a unique mix of rock, Americana style folk and lush indie, theirs is a striking sound, as captivating as it is different. Having played a long list of dates everywhere from Glasgow to their native London, the band have been regular tour support to top prog act The Blackheart Orchestra.
