There is a great community spirit in this block, and the `good neighbour' attitude is very reassuring. It also feels very secure with an attentive front reception and good external and internal door security. We travelled for work a lot and it always felt safe to `lock and leave' for a few weeks. The Courtyard that the apartment overlooks is a pleasant and calm space that is not accessible from the outside. There's a nice easy walk to the City if that's where you work!
