020 8605 2900My family and I have lived in this house for 15 years and have loved it. It feels open inside yet cosy and comfortable. It is quiet and very conveniently located. We used Wimbledon train/tube station frequently to commute into central London. It has a big front drive that allowed us to park 3 cars easily, leaving space for another visitor's car. The rooms are a good size. We refurbished the house a few years ago with new conservatory, front garden brick wall/driveway, replaced flooring, refurbished the small bathroom to a 4-piece spacious bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate shower room. We have a good relationship with the neighbours at 15 and 13 Haynt walk who are very nice people. Other neighbours were also kind to us. Our 2 children grew up in this house and my daughter's trips to Wimbledon high school were very easy, with only a 2-3 minute walk to the bus stop.
