An evening of jazz-inspired choral music at our Summer Concert in June 2025 at St Andrew's Church, Cheam. The centrepiece of the programme isWill Todds Mass in Blue , a combination of jazz and sacred choral music, performed with a live jazz trio and saxophone. The programme also featuresJohn Rutters Birthday Madrigals , a mixture of jazz harmonies and Elizabethan part-songs, and Ola Gjeilos Evening Prayer, a beautifully atmospheric piece blending voices with piano and saxophone. Epsom Choral Society is thrilled to present the world premiere of True Story by acclaimed composer Russell Hepplewhite at this concert. This is the setting of a poem by former Children's Laureate,Michael Rosen which is part of a larger project called Living Voices With the international soprano soloist Lisa Swayne, this concert promises to be a unique and memorable musical experiencea dazzling mix of jazz, rhythm and soaring melodies! Not to be missed! The front area of 'soft' seats are reserved/numbered seats. The seats behind that and the gallery seats are unreserved. GET OWT (Outside with Toddlers) is an opportunity for you and your little one(s) to enjoy outdoor activities together. Our aim is to provide a welcoming space for families to connect with nature and one other as they play, wonder and create, while building community with others. Rules of Play Please stay & play with your child throughout the session. Share materials and equipment explore and play with each other! Feel free to take pictures, but only of the children in your care. Help us keep the space neat by tidying as you go. Our session is outdoors, but we have a shelter for some cover. Please dress for the weather. If our prepared activities are busy, we encourage you to take a wander through the park! You'll find a suggested activity in the session information to guide your adventure. Enjoy food and drinks in the designated snack area when youre ready. The GET OWT team is always here to help and chat, so dont hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. Tickets for the following week are released every Friday at 9:00 AM. While tickets are non-refundable, you are welcome to transfer them to another family if youre unable to attend.
