020 7659 8900I have absolutely loved living in this flat and it is with so much sadness that I'm saying goodbye to it. I bought it a few years ago as a single girl and I've had so much fun decorating and making it my own. Selling as I've since met my lovely boyfriend and we're buying a house together in South London. The thing that attracted me to this flat originally was the amount of storage (I saw loads of one-beds which barely had one cupboard), the built in air-con (heaven on the two hot days we get a year!) and the top flat with a balcony in a nice building. It also has a much bigger floor-plan than a lot of others I saw and loved the layout. The area is fab - a real hidden gem, I work in the city and it takes me about 30 mins to get into work. You have Roman Road, Victoria Park and the canals on your doorstep, loads of nice little cafe's and shops as well as easy links into Canary Wharf and Stratford - literally takes 5 mins to get to either from Devon's Road DLR stop right outside.

A cracking little Chinese restaurant on a random street, tucked away amongst a number of residential blocks. Great food and it's always full. Good prices too and if you can't be bothered to leave the house, they deliver!
The Museum of London Docklands is set within a nineteenth century sugar, rum and coffee warehouse! It tells visitors all about the history of London Docklands and trade with the rest of the world.
A lovely place for elegant drinks and dinner or after-work drinks. Food served throughout the day and with a range of deals too.
