It's a really comfortable flat in a great location! Sat in the middle of the peninsula Greenwich town, Greenwich Park and the O2 arena are within walking distance along a traffic free route. There are plenty of local shops a few minutes walk away and the famous Cutty Sark pub is 5-10 minutes down the Thames path (time depending on how long you pause for the amazing city views). North Greenwich station is your local stop with quick access to central London along the Jubilee line. It's up on the 11th floor and so has an unobstructed south facing view over Greenwich park which means you get plenty of natural light coming in and also provides a nice sunny spot for coffee on the balcony on a nice day. One of the most impressive features of the building for me is the noise insulation. I can't hear a sound coming from next door on either side, even with a small toddler living nearby! It's been a great flat to live and work from and I sell it with a heavy heart.
