Events will be taking place all over the world to mark the day. The annual London pillow fight flashmob will be taking place in Allen Gardens - just off Brick Lane - between 1pm-4pm on Saturday April 7th. Feather pillows are not allowed for animal welfare reasons and fighters must bring a bin bag to help clear up afterwards!
