2. My partner and I dealt with 9 Real Estate agencies while we were looking for the right apartment. Some were OK, some were singularly appalling. When we met Jack, we knew almost immediately that this was the person who would find us our home. And he was. He was the only agent we worked with on this process who took a real interest in us, and who therefore knew immediately if a property was right - he knew what was right for us because he had taken the trouble to find out who we were and what we needed. He only showed us places which were suitable and when he said 'I think this might be the one for you...' he was right. He was a tremendous guide throughout the purchase process itself, and was a wonderfully patient collaborator on a transaction which involved a somewhat awkward vendor, and novice purchasers. We were very pleased to have him by our side while we bought our first London apartment.

6. I would highly recommend Dipan from Foxtons, he has been a valid support for me in renting my flat. Although being abroad when my tenants moved out I didn't experience any worry at all. I really appreciated how Dipan organized any step of the check out of the tenants. 7. Bethany from Croydon branch is fantastic and if anybody is looking for a house, in the Croydon branch I would highly recommend her. I can honestly say I feel that she looks at the best interest of the customer. She is hard working, committed, caring, selfless and accommodating. She is a great asset to Foxtons and I wish I had encounter a lot more agents like Bethany on this very stressful search for a property.

8. I just wanted to send feedback on Jenny, who was the sales negotiator in the Croydon office on a property I was going to purchase. Jenny was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to my queries. Jenny went out of her way to be available in the evenings and was flexible with viewing times. I also felt that Jenny knew the property and Crown Hill development and was able to give considered and informed advice. I would certainly be recommending Foxtons and specifically Jenny to friends.

13. We recently bought a house in Croydon. We had the most amazing service from Bethany. She went out of her way to find us the most perfect property. She really went the extra mile. We are very new to the area and she knows Croydon inside out and gave very reliable trustworthy information. She is patient, friendly, professional, quick response to emails/ calls and is full of energy all the time. Ashley (the manager) was also extremely helpful when we were completing. 15. We worked with Simon and Bethany from the Croydon branch and we cannot fault the experience. Simon had been in contact with us for several months before we signed up with Foxtons: we initially used a different agent who we had an awful experience with, however Simon's continued contact with us despite that, his professionalism and knowledge and non judgemental attitude made us decide to use Foxtons. Once signed up with them the process moved very quickly, they were in regular contact with us and receiving texts about viewings was so handy. They secured the best price for our house, one we didn't think we'd achieve, and throughout the sale kept us updated. Even since moving they have responded promptly to any enquiries we have had. Initially we thought the fees were quite high, however now there is no doubt it was worth every penny.

20. I came to Foxtons branch in Croydon for information regarding renting my flat out. Staff member Emlyn from the Croydon branch was very helpful and provided me with all the information I needed. He was not pushy at all, a real pleasure having Emlyn sort out renting out my flat. Within 2 weeks everything was sorted. Croydon branch staff members are very friendly and helpful. Emlyn was always available and very fast and efficient replying to emails or call backs. He always had any information I needed or questions I asked ready. I was really very impressed with the service and I would definately recommend Emlyn and Foxtons to friends and family.
