One of the biggest developmental transformations in Greater North London at the moment is that of Finsbury Park, which, although well serviced by underground and National Rail links, has been overlooked by developers prior to this. Plans have been made over the past few years to improve Finsbury Park, and with schemes like City North providing contemporary housing, a cinema, restaurants and cafes, we will hopefully see the area rise in popularity - not only with investors, but with renters too. Many of London's suburbs like Crouch End and Muswell Hill already benefit from independent amenities, outstanding schools and local events that help raise the family-friendly profile of North London. With frequent trains to Moorgate and prices shooting up in more central areas like Camden and Islington, these suburban locales represent good value for money for our varied buyers, from first-time, to families, to retirees. The charming period properties in the "Haringey Ladder" are one to watch, as the surrounding area is constantly changing. There's always a new coffee shop, restaurant or bar popping up on Green Lanes and the transport links are fantastic too - as well as National Rail, Underground and Overground links, there's the prospect of Crossrail 2, which would boost the local economy immensely.
