I can honestly say that it was a pleasure dealing with everybody in that office, initially with Nick and then, over the last few months (until completion on Tuesday this week) Joe. Joe is very nice, personable and good at his job, he has a very professional attitude, which I like. My sale involved some complexities, such as my tenants first planning to move out and then deciding to stay on under the new buyer. “I recently bought a flat in Peckham and Joe was the person who showed me the property. My house purchasing experience was full of unforeseen complications and took a lot longer than I expected or had been told it would. I’m a first time buyer and only 25, with no experience of any of this process. I also had a very unreliable solicitor and so did not have anyone to guide me or advise throughout each hiccup. Obviously Joe represents the seller, but regardless of this, I felt that Joe really had my best interests at heart. He was always available to ask questions and went out his way at every opportunity to help me. I really appreciate all his work and would recommend him to anyone. I don’t think the purchase would have completed if he hasn’t been as good as he is. In general everyone at Foxtons was very handy. ”
