Our house was previously on the market with 2 other estate agents and we felt they had little interest in selling our house. Foxtons guaranteed they would sell our house and within 2 months of being on the market with them they had sold our house and they gave our house maximum exposure. The commission might be slightly higher than other estate agents but you pay for what you get and I would most definitely recommend Foxtons. Moving house is very stressful but Foxtons made it a smoother experience for us.”
