The river bus
This three bedroom apartment is just a five minute walk from Putney Pier.
Fancy a scenic trip down the Thames on your way to the office? MBNA Thames Clippers river bus services run from 20 different piers between Putney and Woolwich with five different routes and provide a far more relaxing journey than a cramped tube ride. They can even guarantee you a seat.

Payment: You can use Oyster cards, contactless cards or buy tickets either on the day or in advance online.You can’t top up at the pier though so make sure you have enough on your card in advance.

Boris Bikes
This two bedroom flat in Camden is just metres from a Boris Bike station.
Santander cycles, affectionately known as Boris Bikes, were introduced in 2010 and have since flourished with 13,600 bicycles currently in operation. They offer a readily available alternative to your usual morning commute without having to buy your own set of wheels and allow you to combine your journey to work with your workout.
This penthouse apartment is a one minute walk from the nearest Boris Bike station on Chelsea Bridge Road.
Payment: To hire a bike you will need to use your debit or credit card. Tap the screen at one of the many docking station and select ‘hire a cycle’, then follow the instructions that appear on the screen and take the printed release code to unlock your bike.
It’s £2 for access to any Boris Bike for 24 hours, with a further £2 for each 30 minutes after the initial half an hour. Find your nearest Boris Bike station on the TFL website.
Cable car
This two bedroom flat is two minutes from Emirates Airline cable car, Royal Docks terminal.
Soar above the traffic and crowds on your way to work. The Emirates Airline cable car runs from Emirates Royal Docks, over the Thames and to Emirates Greenwich Peninsula, and is open from 7am to 11pm on summer weekdays.
The seven minute journey includes views of the O2 Arena and Canary Wharf, while a ten people maximum to each car prevents overcrowding.
This one bedroom flat is only one minute from the Emirates Airline cable car in the Royal Docks.
