We are delighted to announce we are the Business Culture Awards winner for our Diversity and Inclusion programme, as well as 'Highly Commended' for Best Medium-sized Organisation, leading to our placing of Silver Overall Winner in the Business Culture Awards 2020.
The Business Culture Awards celebrate best practice in organisational culture development, and recognise that culture is the foundation of accelerating business performance. All nominees demonstrated a focus on self-reflection and research with a view to creating and implementing behavioural change programmes.

We strongly believe that developing a highly effective and diverse organisational culture is an ongoing process, one which requires constant review and which doesn't have an end point. Our three year plan for creating sustainable and effective organisational change focused on three key areas:
1. Actively listening to our people in our diversity and inclusion groups and communities
2. Celebrate our difference through active communities and networks
3. Educate our leaders and design processes to promote inclusion
This strategy saw us work closely with third party consulting services to conduct focus groups with our team members and our three D&I groups, and establish a programme of training for senior management to ensure best practice cascaded through our organisation.
