The 42nd London Marathon, one of the most well-known marathons in the world, takes place Sunday 2 October 2022. If you like to go cheer on the runners each year – and see some of the world's foremost athletes in action – perhaps you'll want a beautiful home in the centre of London to cheer them on from? These 9 properties have exceptional central locations, which puts them right along the London Marathon route.

If you love London (who doesn't?!), this a beautiful course to run, as it takes you past many of London's most iconic sights. Participants run around the River Thames, starting in Greenwich Park and finishing at The Mall. Streets are closed for this event, so runners get the chance to see London's iconic streets from a whole new angle.
