If you instruct Foxtons to let your property, you will be able to track our progress through the My Foxtons portal. We'll save everything to your My Foxtons account, so you can keep track of the viewings calendar, offers received and even accept an offer on the platform. Once a tenant has been selected, you can follow the contracting process and check when the deposit has been received and registered.
Financial peace of mind
My Foxtons will keep on top of the financial management of your property so that you don’t need to worry. As soon as we get the rent, you get a notification; if there is any outstanding rent you will also be kept in the loop. All historical statements are stored securely with tax statements prepared for each year. As well as managing income and expenditure in the tool, there are also income projections and a payment calendar to help with your financial planning.
