We'll save everything to your My Foxtons account, so you can keep track of the viewings calendar, offers received and even accept an offer on the platform. Once a tenant has been selected, you can follow the contracting process and check when the deposit has been received and registered.

My Foxtons will keep on top of the financial management of your property so that you don’t need to worry. As soon as we get the rent, you get a notification; if there is any outstanding rent you will also be kept in the loop. All historical statements are stored securely with tax statements prepared for each year. As well as managing income and expenditure in the tool, there are also income projections and a payment calendar to help with your financial planning.

Tenants can directly issue maintenance requests through My Foxtons and an experienced Property Manager will work to address it. The team is equipped to troubleshoot common issues with self-help videos, avoiding calling a tradesperson unless its genuinely necessary. If work is required, the team scrutinise quotes to find the best solutions, get landlord approval through My Foxtons and confirm the work is completed and satisfactory. All warranty details are also maintained in the system, so that landlords are aware when things will be covered under warranty and when separate maintenance solutions will need to be implemented.

Alongside managing tenant acquisition and property management, renewals are an important part of the landlord and tenant journey that can be managed in platform.
